Shipping policy

Orders without made-to-order items will be shipped out in 2-5 business days. Orders with made-to-order items will be shipped out within 2-5 business days after the estimated production time. 

The shipping rate is calculated by Canada Post or other shipping carrier based on the shipping destination. Estimated shipping times depend on the shipping destination.

If shipping within Ontario, please expect 2-5 business days for delivery. If shipping within Canada, please expect 5-9 business days for delivery.

If shipping to the US, please expect 7-21 business days for delivery. If shipping internationally outside of the US, please expect up to 21 business days.
